In 2022, as activities transitioned from virtual to in-person, the Pawanka Fund focused on promoting Indigenous Peoples’ cultures, knowledge, values, and sustainable practices. The organization increased grant-giving and fostered long-term partnerships to ensure financial stability and growth. By participating in international events, Pawanka aimed to enhance political visibility and support the revitalization of ancestral knowledge and practices.
