Strengthening Tribal communities based organizations and institutions specially of Oraon tribe whose traditional knowledge culture, practices, believes area based on the nature and its governance. The revival of these all will help community to be united and create better opportunities to establish their identity and dignity in the era of revolutionary world. The closure with the nature and its resources will surly impact and improve the living standard of the communities. The time is also very crucial in the present political and industrial scenario where one tribe is against the another. Dividing factors among the tribal are strongly evolving which needs to be cope up with the support and promotion of the traditional knowledge and practices, inter knowledge transfer among the communities will play a major role in the community to protect and promote the tribal existence and their identity.
