Naqkaw Aqkaq Dzoeqcawq Armavq (NADA) (Mekong Akha Network for Peace and Sustainability or MAPS)
The purpose of the initiative is to preserve and scriptize a series of Akha Sacred Oral Texts (ASOT) or Pirma Tordawq in Akha recited by Akha traditional religious specialists Pirmas. This initiative will serve to realize one of the ultimate goals of the NADA that is to preserve and transmit the whole set of Akha traditional knowledge and wisdom to next generations in their own mother tone, Akha language.
