LOCAL PARTNER: Greenland Climate Research Centre

Carry out activities for intergenerational transfer of knowledge on traditional Inuit food in Qaanaaq, including tool making for hunting and fishing, preserving, conserving and preparation of food, use of skins, with an emphasis on sustainable use of the whole resource (skin, bones, meat, intestines etc.). Activities and transfer of knowledge through the local Inuit language (Inuktut).
