The proposal induces dialogue, exchange and articulation between the governments and the leaders and authorities of the towns, communities and indigenous organizations of Latin America and The Caribbean, recovering experiences based in ancestral practices that favor processes of concentration in the scope of governance.
Systematization of the information gathered from each of the countries in the region on emblematic experiences of resilience strategies in contexts of violence and post-conflict. Generation of alliances with organizations. Holding of a sub-regional meeting in Central America with headquarters in Guatemala with the participation of: Guatemala, El Salvador; Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.Realization of the sub-regional meeting in South America with sece in Colombia with the participation of: Bolivia Colombia, Chile, Ecuador and Peru.
