UNIPROBA (Unissons-nous pour la promotion des Batwa)
The project’s main objective is to improve access to land by the Batwa in Burundi with the involvement of public authorities.
To improve the capacity of beneficiaries regarding land rights, the importance of natural resources, and how to protect and save them for future generations.
To engage the administrative authorities and partners about the negative impacts caused by the lack of land for the socio-economic development of households. The expected outcome is that they will create legislation that reduces inequalities related to land access for the Batwa.
