make available masks for indigenous CHamorus by initially purchasing them for people to use (Phase I) and then setting up a production center in our homes to sew reusable masks (Phase II); (2) provide the resources for women to develop backyard and container gardens in their living quarters to help feed their families through this quarantine period (Phase II); and (3) provide amot CHamoru (traditional medicine) for 150 CHamoru family households to help treat COVID-19 symptom.
